		<description>Gorilla Glue or JB Weld would probably work for a while but nothing will last very long due to vibrations and weather. It will eventually fail. The problem with any type of glue is that it needs time to set and may need to be clamped. You may get by with gluing it up and keeping it in place with duct tape until the glue sets. I&#039;d do it in the evening and let it set up over night.</description>
