		<description>You can still sew it pretty easily... just rip the inseam so you can attach the ribbon, then resew when you&#039;re done.

If you want to do it without sewing, though, I&#039;d suggest one of the iron-on tapes like Steam a Seam or the lovely, lightweight narrow stuff from Vilene: Extra Fine Fusing Tape:</description>
